Models, Models, Models

The next part of the Object at Rest project was to represent the object you chose (in my case, the can opener) in an abstract 3-Dimentional model. Here's what I came up with:
On it's side
Side
Top

Front
This was the study model that I did for the first bit of the model. Then I got some really good feedback from my teacher and my peers and my final model (drum roll)
On it's side
Standing facing it's side
Top
Side
Top
This model is a bunch of sticks that almost show the different joints that the can opener has within it's function. Each of the sticks really point out where the main parts of the can opener are and how they work with each other. This model took me a while (big fingers) but when it was finished, I felt really confident that it would get a good grade, and I did.
